1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77fe website, downloading the 77fe app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the 77fe platform regardless of how you access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 77fe app.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The 77fe platform is strictly for adult users. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any feature of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities based on your personal circumstances.

77fe operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. Verification documents typically required include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. 77fe reserves the right to request these documents at any time during account use, not only at withdrawal.

You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false information — including false date of birth — is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure with no obligation on 77fe's part to return funds beyond the original deposit amount.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to register one account on the 77fe platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If 77fe identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using the same identity, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonus winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and in cases of deliberate abuse, the primary account may also be closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone else or allow another person to use your account. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you personally performed that activity.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 77fe account that you do not use for other services.
• Do not save your login credentials on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session on a shared device.
• Contact 77fe support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

77fe reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if it believes the account is being used in a manner that breaches these terms, poses a risk to the platform, or is associated with fraudulent activity. In cases of account closure due to a terms breach, 77fe will return the deposited funds (net of any bonuses or free play credits) to the original payment method after completing its investigation, unless the funds are subject to a fraud or abuse hold.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the 77fe platform are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). 77fe supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of the platform. The available methods and minimum deposit amounts are shown in your account cashier and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. You must not use a payment account belonging to another person to fund your 77fe account. Using a third-party payment method is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• 77fe does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made by credit card are subject to the terms of your card issuer. 77fe is not responsible for any cash advance fees or other charges your card issuer may apply.

77fe reserves the right to request verification of a deposit before crediting it to your account in cases where the transaction triggers an internal risk check. This is not a routine process but may occur when large or unusual deposits are made. During this period, the deposit funds will be held in a pending state and you will be notified via your registered contact details.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts. If your KYC verification is not complete, you will not be able to withdraw funds. 77fe strongly recommends completing KYC verification shortly after registration rather than waiting until you have winnings to withdraw — this avoids delays when you are ready to cash out.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have not yet made a deposit, in which case withdrawal to your registered JazzCash or Easypaisa account is the default option. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within one business day for Raast and JazzCash.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to three business days depending on your bank.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless the individual offer terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotions page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of bets placed. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution rates are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire after a set period from the date they are credited, typically between 7 and 30 days. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not override or stack with the existing bonus unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available in the 77fe Game Lobby are supplied by third-party software providers. The rules for each game are governed by the rules of that specific game as implemented by the software provider. In the event of any discrepancy between how a game appears to play and the underlying game logic, the software provider's system records take precedence.

In the live casino, the decisions of the dealer are final once the betting window for that round has closed. If a technical fault occurs during a live casino session — such as a network disconnection on the studio side — the round may be declared void and all bets for that round returned to players. 77fe is not liable for winnings that would have been generated in a voided round.

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, display errors, or incorrect payout calculations caused by a bug — 77fe reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wager amount. Any apparent win resulting from a malfunction is not a valid win and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fe platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to generate unfair winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.

9 Responsible Gaming
